Sea TREK from Curaçao’s cruise port: arrival checklist

A port call is not the same as a full day ashore. Before reserving Sea TREK, work backwards from your ship’s all-aboard deadline and confirm your shore arrangements. The tour meeting point is not the cruise terminal.

Where to meet and when to arrive

The published meeting point is Marie Pampoen, next to Surf & Turf, on Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard, Willemstad, Curaçao. Use the tour meeting-location map and reconfirm the exact meeting instructions with the team. Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour. The published total Sea TREK experience is approximately one hour, not one hour continuously underwater.

Do not assume cruise-port pickup

The current tour page offers optional hotel transfers at US$10 one-way or US$15 return per person, subject to team confirmation. That is not a confirmed cruise-terminal transfer offer. Send your ship name, arrival date, terminal if known, group size and all-aboard deadline to the team. Ask whether port pickup is available, the exact pickup point, price and return arrangements. Do not treat a transport request as a confirmed pickup.

Build a timeline with real confirmations

1. Check when passengers may actually disembark, not only the ship’s scheduled arrival.
2. Confirm whether ship time and local Curaçao time agree on your visit date. The tour schedule uses local Curaçao time.
3. Allow for getting off the ship, reaching the meeting point and the required early arrival. Obtain current transport advice; this guide does not supply a fixed driving time.
4. Confirm the expected finish and return transport, then leave a buffer before the ship’s all-aboard deadline.

No return-to-ship guarantee is offered by this guide. If the available timing is too tight or unconfirmed, choose another plan rather than relying on an assumed journey time.

Confirm changes before committing

Ask what happens if your ship arrives late, changes port or cannot dock, and what terms apply if conditions affect the tour. Do not assume a refund or automatic rescheduling. Keep the confirmed contact and transport instructions accessible offline.
